Please be advised that all rates are contingent upon collection and are per claim assigned.

FOR ACCOUNTS COLLECTED WITHOUT A LAWSUIT FILED:
1. Standard 33%

2. 50% on claims under $300, out of business or insolvent when placed, skip traced, secondary placements and consumer/retail debt.

3. 35% on International

4. Special fee arrangements may be negotiated for large or unusual accounts.

FOR ACCOUNTS INVOLVING LITIGATION:*
1. 35% plus court costs and/or nominal suit fee

2. International accounts are subject to the attorney charges and costs that prevail in the country where the suit is being filed.

*No lawsuit will be filed nor settlement of principal made without the client's notification.

OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. Return of Merchandise- When the client elects to accept a return of merchandise, one-half of the standard rate will be charged on the value of the returned merchandise.

2. Discovery Charge-When it has been discovered that an account was resolved prior to placement with Cory G. Hicks & Associates, Inc. one-half of the standard rate will be charged

3. Account Withdrawal-Once demand for payment has been made, any account withdrawn from collection at the direction of the creditor may be subject to the applicable rate of the assigned amount.

4.  Communication-Client agrees they shall have no direct communications with the customer after the account has been placed for collection. Client agrees to direct any customer that contacts them back to CHA.
